Guidance as we don't know what we don't know - with building our first home. First statement that sold us was he would be the general contractor. The second was the "The price is the price." What he quoted us was going to be our price. And third that he would have our home built in 5 months! It was a great experience from there. We approved the quote and then discussed our design ideas. Matt communicated with us through the entire process. Made recommendations based on our goals and guided us with our ideas in mind.
